Ingredients
2 beetroots100 g of lentils
2 marinated cucumber
half of leek
sesame seeds
herbs
salt
olive oil
Method
Dice cooked beetroots, add cooked lentils, add diced leek. Then add some sesame seed, herbs, salt and olive oil. Gently stir and Bon apetit :)
